My name is Jonathan Wheeler. I grew up in the small Alabama town of Vernon (about 50 miles Northwest of Tuscaloosa -- Roll Tide!) In May of 2013 I graduated from Freed-Hardeman University with a B.S. in Biblical Studies. In December 2016 I completed my M.A. from Freed-Hardeman University. I am married to the best woman in the world: Staci Wheeler. We were married July 18, 2015 at the West End Church of Christ in Knoxville, TN. She is a Registered Nurse. We met the very first day of school and were in the same Interface orientation group.
I served as the Associate Minister at the Vernon Church of Christ in Vernon, Alabama from 2012 to 2015 and as the Pulpit Minister at the Holladay Church of Christ in Holladay, Tennessee from 2015 to 2016. I am currently the Pulpit Minister at the Greenback Church of Christ, where I've been since October of 2016. I love the Bible, lifting weights, playing video games, building things, sports, trucks, pugs, and Alabama football.
